Crystal Chandelier, London 2011
This was the second commission for EF Medi Spa and is designed to be more effeminate than the Crystal Waterfall.
This installation consists of five thousand crystals, of ten different shapes, three different shades of pink, and three different shades of blue. The variety in crystal shapes and colour give the chandelier an increased sense of texture and richness.
The low-energy halogen capsule bulbs provide the necessary glint and twinkle as the crystals and light is reflected in the hand-polished stainless steel ceiling tray.
